Quoted on
its own terms.
I don’t work from a fixed price list, because no two homes ask for the same amount of work. Every project is quoted individually, and the number is always in front of you before anything starts.
The first conversation
Tell me about the space and the life happening inside it. I ask about light, storage, routines, and the things that quietly don’t work any more.
The proposal
You receive a written quote for the work involved — what I’ll do, in what order, and what it costs. The number is in front of you before anything begins.
The work
Once you’re ready, we start. A room can come together in one season or be spread across a few; the plan moves at your pace.
A note on budget
It helps to have a rough number in mind, even a wide one. It tells me how to think about a room — where to spend, where to save, and what can wait. If you don’t have one yet, that’s welcome too; we can find it together.
Connecticut, North Carolina, and anywhere the work takes me — travel is always part of the conversation.

Palettes, surfaces, and joinery considered together, not pieced together later.
Furniture & lighting
Pieces chosen for proportion and everyday life, not for the catalogue shot.
Styling & install
The last layer — textiles, art, objects, and the day everything arrives.
